You may choose to recieve a free one-time replacement or refund – your choice! You may check with your local pet store that carries West Paw Design or mail us directly with the following:1. A quick note to let us know the breed and age of your dog, and how long it took your furry friend to damage the toy. (This is optional, but we love the feedback).2. Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.3. Include the damaged toy and proof of purchase. Not only do we inspect the returned toys for weaknesses, but we also recycle them!4.
